I said my my last post that I'd be food journaling this week but that's not going to happen. Things are a little busy but I am keeping track.
I am hosting a book swap party this evening and I'm baking cupcakes for it and those who are coming have said they are also bringing some nibbles. I will have a few but try not to overindulge ... famous last words ...
