Yesterday - 14 December

Weight: 72.4kg (11st5lb / 159lb) - 13.4kg to go, 0.5kg lost
Water: 2 litres drunk
Eating: not bad, resisted temptation to eat crap and had healthy snacks instead, Weight Watchers meals for lunch and supper (home-cooked, and I cooked extra for the freezer)
Exercise: walked / ran 1.75 miles in 25 minutes on the treadmill
