Exercise: cheesy step workout, 6 inch step. Did great - felt my muscles burning while I worked out but managed to keep up and keep in control the whole way. I still remember the whole routine. My knees hurt a bit during but by the end they were okay. I had to lower my arms briefly at one point when working on them as they got too tired, but it wasn't for long. Stretching - am still as flexible as I always was.
