I'm struggling so badly with
SAD right now. I feel so fed up and down and light therapy doesn't seem to be helping much. I just kind of crashed yesterday and am taking a break from point counting for a week. It just feels like, why bother? I'm feeling like crap physically, I'm not losing weight, I'm struggling with it and it's more effort than I can expend right now. I'll see how I feel next week.
