Emotions: Oh my gosh, SO up and down. Had some issues with Grant that I need to work through. The children upset me at supper time and I ended the day alone and in tears. The chocolate was much needed! But it was a decision to treat myself, not a response to a craving. It's not even hormones either. Ugh. Tomorrow is a new day.
Other notes: I find that 5 glasses of water is about my limit; I struggle to drink more than that. I'm happy with that. I feel like I have enough during the day.
